Get your Autumn dancing shoes on for Paul Young and the New Fox Band

The first Ryburn Family Barn Dance of the new season is on Saturday 20th October at the Waring Green Community Centre in Brighouse HD6 2AX (entrance on Marion Street). The caller is Paul Young and music will be provided by the New Fox Band. Click HERE for more information.
Paul Young has been a professional caller for barn dances and ceilidhs  for several years. He also plays the melodeon,  guitar and fiddle as a solo performer and in several dance and ceilidh bands. He’ll be calling with one of his regular bands, the New Fox Band, so we’re guaranteed an evening of excellent music and dance.
We start at 8.00pm, finish at 11.00pm, and admission is £9:00 (£8:00 concessions). Bring your own refreshments. More information HERE….

The Guest at the Ryburn Folk Club on 31 October will be Benny Graham, all the way from the North-East.
It will be a great evening of songs ranging from Shanties to Ballads, Music Hall to Showtime, and all delivered with humour and panache! We hope you will join us at the Malthouse in Rishworth. More information HERE….

The next meeting of the Ukulele group will be at 12:00 on Sunday October 14th at 103 Oldham Road, Ripponden.
