Barn Dance at Waring Green with Granny’s Attic and caller Michelle Holding
March 21 @ 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm
We’re bringing a fabulous Barn Dance experience to Waring Green on 21 March, when Granny’s Attic will be returning to play for you to dance. The caller will be Michelle Holding and together we’re going to have a great night.
Granny’s Attic – Cohen Braithwaite-Kilcoyne (Melodeon, Concertina), George Sansome (Guitar) and Lewis Wood (Fiddle, Mandolin) – are well known for their performances in Folk Clubs and at Festivals up and down the country, where they have been heralded for their lively performances and maturity. They also play for dances and ceilidhs, and we’re delighted that they are going to play for us again on 21 March.
Michelle Holding has a great following for Folk Dance and Ceilidh calling with her outgoing and enthusiastic, welcoming gender-free calling style. She’s an experienced Morris Dancer and performs in Folk Clubs and concerts as well, singing traditional and contemporary British and American songs, playing guitar, banjo and concertina.
We are delighted to welcome Michelle back to Ryburn 3 Step’s Barn Dances.
